Annual Maintenance Plans

Want to make sure your fireplace works for years to come? Sign up for our annual maintenance plan! We’ll come out every year to inspection your fireplace. Here’s what that includes:
  • A full fireplace inspection
  • Log, glass, and burner system cleaning
  • Making sure the pilot assembly is working properly
  • Checking gas valve for leaks and safety
  • Refreshing the fireplace embers to keep the flames looking incredible.

Maintenance Checklist

  • Inspect / Clean pilot assembly
  • Check visible venting & drafting
  • Replace batteries
  • Clean glass front
  • Check incoming pressure
  • Vacuum bottom of firebox, burners and freshen up embers
  • Test for gas leaks & carbon monoxide

Rate Fixed $200.00 Plus $150.00 for each additional fireplace

Our normal service call fee is $250.00. Signing up for our Annual Preventative Maintenance Plan guarantees you of $200.00 rate per year for 5 years.

Service Dates: May 1st – September 30th

We will perform Preventative Maintenance Services between May 1st and September 30th annually.

Proactive Call to Schedule Service

We will call you annually to schedule your Preventative Maintenance

Recurring Credit Card Charge Occurring April 1st of each year.

Cancel Plan Anytime – Non payment in any year will result in termination of plan.

If replacement of any manufactured warranty part is required, we will work with the manufacture for replacement parts &
labor charges, however, any replacement parts not under warranty will be subject to a normal parts & labor fees less 20%
discount.


This is an annual maintenance service plan as recommended by the manufacture to keep your fireplace appliance in good
working order. This agreement does not cover electrical or plumbing work extended to the Product (including any firebox or
gas logs), or work required due to installation. This Agreement also does not cover mantels, surrounds, hearth stones, or
other finishing materials.


If you wish to participate in the Annual Preventative Maintenance Plan, complete the information below and return in to
WilliamSmith Fireplaces by May 15th and we will get your preventative maintenance call scheduled.
