Chimney Inspection & Repair

The 3 Levels of Safety Chimney Inspections
Level 1 Inspection (Basic)
During Level 1 Inspection, we will inspect any accessible area of the chimney above the roofline from the roof or ladder. The fireplace or appliance and all accessible areas around the fireplace will be inspected as well.
Level 2 Inspection (Most Common)
During a Level 2 Inspection, we will inspect the following areas: the attic, the chimney above the roofline, any accessible areas in or under the fireplace, and other necessary areas. The fireplace or appliance will be inspected inside and out, and we will finish up with a video scan of the flue attached to the appliance.
Level 2 Inspections are required when any change is made to your chimney system – for example, before the flue is relined, replacing one fireplace for another or changing fuel types – Wood to Gas Logs, and Real Estate Inspections.
Level 3 Inspection (Advanced)
Level 3 Inspections includes all areas of a Level 1 & 2 inspection. It could include the removal or permanent portions of the chimney or home, and is reserved for situations when a Level 1 or 2 chimney inspection will not suffice.
