Outdoor Fire

By August 25, 2018No Comments

As we draw closer and closer to the end of the summer season, generally speaking, we start to turn our attention away from outdoor grill stations, and focus on outdoor fire. During the fall, it’s still warm enough to spend a significant amount of time outdoors, but not quite warm enough to do so without a little help.

This is where your outdoor fire set-up comes into play. Whether it be building an outdoor fire pit where you can build fires with wood logs yourself, or myriad styles of fireplaces for your back porch or deck, incorporating fire set-ups is a fantastic way to extend the outdoor season a little longer into fall, and maybe even into winter, depending on weather.

Wood burning fireplaces provide a feeling of warmth, not just temperature wise, as well as seeming a little more inviting. However, building those fires yourself requires buying enough wood to keep the fire going, and it can also sometimes be a tad difficult to get them started, especially if you don’t have any experience building fires. That’s where gas or electric fireplaces can come into play. You lose just a little bit of that homey feeling, though it can absolutely still be present, as well as making it as easy as flipping a switch to get your fireplace blazing with heat. If you wanted to move the center of your outdoor experience a little further away from the home, fire pits are a great way to keep the outdoors enjoyable in the colder months, as well as provide that feeling that you’re not actually in your backyard, but camping out in the wilderness.

No matter what your style or taste, WilliamSmith Fireplaces has got you covered, with a plethora of styles and designs to choose from, along with outstanding customer service and maintenance options.
